Studio Lighting Techniques - a lecture and demonstration by Shawn Boyle Shawn is a longtime club member and expert in studio lighting. In his lecture and demonstration, Shawn will show you:
* Equipment you need for a shoot using monolight strobes You'll be able to watch Shawn work, and see the results in real-time on our digital projector! 2. Information about the summer show It sure doesn't feel like summer, but it's time to start thinking about your submission to the summer show! 3. Sharing and critique Whether you're a member or a visitor, bring something to share. Find out what others see in your work, what people like best, and how you can improve. If you bring prints, print 'em big -- 8x10 is OK but 13x19 is better! -- so everyone can see! If you'd rather share electronic images, you can do that too. We'll have a projector and laptop at the meeting so you can show 'em off big and bright. (See Tips for Sharing and Critique.) See you all on the 19th!
